At Capuletkids, your right to privacy is very important to us. Below are the guidelines we use for protecting the information you provide us during a visit to our site.

When you place an order with us your credit card information is processed through Shopify, Stripe and Payment gateways and is compliant with Data Security Standards which we do not have access to.  The credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time through the My Account page.

If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

If you provide your email in the US, we may send you emails of a promotional nature from time to time. If you do not want to receive such mailings, simple let us know via email. If you are a EU resident your email will not be added to our mailing list unless you manually opt it in as per the new EU regulation.
