Shipping policy

We ship from Brooklyn, New York.

 

Rates

 

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. International orders ship for a flat $19, and international orders of $75 and above ship free.

 

Processing

 

Orders placed before 2 pm Eastern on a business day are packed the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on holidays are packed the next business day.

 

Delivery

 

Within the United States we ship our own stock with UPS. Most parcels arrive 2 to 5 business days after they leave us. International delivery times vary by destination. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

 

Christmas delivery guarantee

 

Place your order by 11:59 pm Eastern on December 14 and it arrives by December 24 anywhere in the contiguous United States. If it arrives later, we refund the full price of each item that shows the Christmas delivery line on its product page. Partner-brand items ship straight from the brand and are not covered.

 

Address changes

 

Write to us at capuletkids.usa@gmail.com as soon as you can. If the parcel has not left yet we will update it. Once the carrier has scanned it we cannot change the address.

 

Lost or damaged parcels

 

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will sort it out.
