Shipping policy

We ship from Brooklyn, New York.

 

Rates

 

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. International orders ship for a flat $19, and international orders of $75 and above ship free.

 

Processing

 

Orders placed before 2 pm Eastern on a business day are packed the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on holidays are packed the next business day.

 

Delivery

 

Within the United States we ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Most parcels arrive 2 to 5 business days after they leave us. International delivery times vary by destination. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

 

Address changes

 

Write to us at capuletkids@gmail.com as soon as you can. If the parcel has not left yet we will update it. Once the carrier has scanned it we cannot change the address.

 

Lost or damaged parcels

 

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will sort it out.
