Flared velvet leggings in maroon or black, cut wide from the knee down. The velvet stretches, so the flare costs nothing in movement. There's a small star embroidered on them. Velvet is a fabric children like the feel of, and that's half the work of getting them dressed done already. Made in Spain by Tocoto Vintage. Sizes 2 to 6 years.
