What sizes do you carry?

Newborn through sixteen years, though the range differs by label. European brands often run slim, so if your child is between sizes we suggest going up one. Our EU to US size conversion guide has the full tables, and we will measure any piece before you order.

Are the clothes new?

Yes. Everything on the site is new stock, unworn, most of it with original tags.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the United States is free on every order, no minimum. We ship with USPS Ground Advantage and most parcels arrive in 2 to 5 business days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. International shipping is a flat $19, and it is free on orders of $75 and above.

When will my order go out?

Orders placed before 2 pm Eastern on a business day are packed the same day. Later orders, weekends and holidays go out the next business day.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags. Write to us and we will send you a return label. The return policy has the details.

Can I exchange for another size?

The fastest route is to return the piece and place a new order, so the size you want does not sell out while the return is in transit.

Do you restock?

Rarely. Most pieces come from small European runs, so when a size is gone it is usually gone for good.
