European brands print a height in centimeters on the label, and that number is the tallest child the garment fits. A label that says 98 fits a child up to 98 cm tall, which is about 3 years old. A soft pink knit sweater covered in deep red hearts, knitted straight into the fabric rather than printed on top. The neckline, cuffs and hem are finished in ribbing, and the body sits loose with a dropped shoulder, so it goes over a shirt without pulling.

This is the piece that gets worn on repeat from October onward. Konges Slojd is a Danish label, and the cut has the room Danish kidswear is known for.
