A high top sneaker in metallic silver with glitter through it and a GRL PWR patch embroidered on the side. It laces at the front, then a Velcro strap goes over the top. So it's held twice. The collar is padded around the ankle, the sole is light, and it flexes where a foot flexes, so it doesn't hold a child back. Nothing about it is quiet.
